How fast will my Prime Plie shoes arrive? We offer three reliable shipping speeds across the United States to ensure your next style upgrade arrives right on time:

  • Standard Shipping: $10 (7-14 business days)

  • Free Standard Shipping: $0 (7-14 business days) – Automatically applied to qualifying orders.

When will my order ship? Most orders are processed, quality-checked, and ready for transit within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and Military Addresses? Yes! We proudly ship to all valid residential, business, P.O. Boxes, and military (APO/FPO) addresses within the United States.

SIZING, FIT & COMFORT

Our shoes generally run true to US standard sizing. If a specific style has a snug fit, we will always explicitly note it in the description.

Do Prime Plie shoes require a break-in period? Thanks to our premium, supple leathers and "Plie" flexibility engineering, most of our footwear offers out-of-the-box comfort with minimal to no break-in period required.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy? We want you to be 100% confident in your stride. We accept returns of unworn, uncreased shoes in their original box and packaging within 30 days of delivery. (Pro-tip: We kindly ask that you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to protect the soles from scratching).

What if my shoes arrive defective? We hold our craftsmanship to the highest standards. In the rare event that your order arrives with a defect, please email us at info@primeplie.myshopify.com with a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a brand-new replacement immediately at zero cost to you.
